Chittenden County Vermont Handyman serves the greater Chittenden County area. My name is Adam Riesner and I am a carpenter by trade.  I have both commercial and residential carpentry experience as well as property maintenance experience. I am a Certified Renovator as recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency.  As of April 2010, all contractors working on homes built before 1978 must be certified by the EPA to work on homes that may contain lead. I have many local clients that include landlords, homeowners, renters and property management associations. References are available upon request. I charge by the hour plus the cost of materials or I would be happy to provide a bid, depending on the job.
